About the Owner
Ryan Pollard is the founder and owner of All Pro Lawn Service. Growing up mowing lawns for family and relatives, Ryan initially set his sights on college in southern California where he met his wife, Karen. After graduation, both Karen and Ryan pursued teaching careers in San Diego before moving to Star Idaho in 2005. After having their first child in 2010, Ryan decided to start his own business, quitting his teaching career and pursuing his lawn care business full-time.ย
Today, Ryan and Karen have two sons, Carson and Jackson. Ryan is ever-passionate about being able to do something he enjoys each and every day, and currently plays the role of owner and manager of All Pro Lawn Service.ย
For Ryan, All Pro Lawn Service isnโt just about a pay check. Itโs about providing quality lawn care and landscaping services to this great community he and his family are proud to call home.

Since diving headfirst into his company full-time in 2010, Ryan Pollard is proud to be leading All Pro Lawn Service in beautifying the Boise, Idaho area. Since the early days, All Pro Lawn Service has evolved into an organization that is thrilled to offer various jobs to those living in our wonderful community. Our Team
Greg Kollmann
Operations Manager
Greg Kollmann is a resident of Nampa who has lived in the city his entire life. He graduated from Nampa High School in 1993 and holds a Certificate of Biblical Studies from a small Bible college in Minnesota and an Associate degree in Education from Treasure Valley Community College. He has also taken classes at Boise State University.
Aside from working at All-Pro Lawn Service, Greg is also the Youth Leader at a small church in Nampa, where he enjoys working with a group of enthusiastic teenagers. In his free time, Greg enjoys playing basketball and volleyball. Greg is the tallest member of the All-Pro Lawn Service crew and is known for his great conversation, so feel free to say hello when you see him!
Brandi Fernandez
Office Manager
Brandi Fernandez grew up in the Fruitland Idaho area. She moved to the Nampa area in 2012 and loves it there. She has four children, three grandchildren and one dog that she loves with all her heart! She has worked for All Pro for almost seven years and thoroughly enjoys her job. She loves all of her co-workers, and claims she has the best boss. Brandi also loves all of All Proโs clients and the positive feedback we get from the work that we do. In her free time, she enjoys floating the river, camping, hiking with her dog, and spending time with her family.
Zack Beck
Operations Manager
Zack has been married for 12 years to his wonderful wife Leilani, and they have two beautiful children; Trystan who is 11, and Octavia who is 5. Zack and his family love hiking, camping, fishing, and road trips. Zack started working for All Pro in 2019 as a mowing crew leader. He is very hard working, ambitious, and loves challenging himself. In his time at All Pro Lawn Service, he has learned many new life skills and loves being surrounded by a wonderful team. One of the main reasons Zach enjoys working here at All Pro is the family feel. We have a positive and upbeat work environment. We pride ourselves in top notch performance and great customer service!
Cheyenne Smith
Office Staff
Cheyenne was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho. She went to a local elementary, middle, and high school and then continued to work locally. For over three years now, Cheyenne resides in Boise, Idaho. Her family was also all born and raised in Idaho and still live locally! Cheyenne began working for All Pro Lawn Service in 2020. She loves being able to communicate with all sorts of people on a daily basis. She gets to talk to people who have lived here their whole lives, just like her and her family as well as people who have just moved to Idaho! When she is not at work, she likes to bike, go to restaurants, and spend time with her family and of course, her dog, Chief! Cheyenne loves talking to new people and being able to help in any way she can, at work or in the community.
Yance Burger
Fertilization Manager
Yance Burger manages our fertilizer side and has been with All Pro since 2017. He has lived in Idaho since 2006, but he grew up in Washington and Alaska. Yance has a seven year old son, and they enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, and gaming together. Yance has an identical twin brother who also works in the lawn care industry, as well as an older brother and a younger sister. They are all avid football and baseball fans, and especially enjoy the Seahawks and Mariners teams. Yance has been a professional applicator since 2011, and has worked as a fertilizer technician for all but one of those years. He loves turf and enjoys diagnosis and treatment of all kinds of turf-related challenges. One of his favorite things about working at All Pro is the ability to apply a superior product in a personal, successful manner that is not always the case with larger fertilization companies. Yance loves working closely with his fertilization technicians as well as everyone else as part of the All Pro team.
